  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services until the account is settled.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Any deliverables, such as websites, software, or marketing materials, remain the property of Cybrix INDIA until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables will transfer to the Client as per the service agreement.

  • Licensing: Cybrix INDIA retains the right to use project-related materials for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Third-Party Materials: Any third-party tools, software, or content used in projects will comply with applicable licensing agreements.

6. Confidentiality

Cybrix INDIA agrees to keep all Client information confidential, except where required by law or with the Client’s explicit consent. Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Cybrix INDIA.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cybrix INDIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.

8. Termination of Services

  • By Client: Clients may terminate services as per the terms of the service agreement, with any outstanding payments due immediately.

  • By Cybrix INDIA: We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activities, with prior notice to the Client.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, Cybrix INDIA will cease all work, and the Client will be responsible for any costs incurred up to that point.

9. Modifications to Services or Terms

Cybrix INDIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
